Gift Energy
Recipient details are used to create the recommendation you request. The recommender is designed not to store its questionnaire or analysis by default. Profile links are optional. Supported public-page metadata may be read only after your consent; platforms that require authorization are not scraped or bypassed.
Sensitive information
Birthday Energy does not intentionally infer health, race or ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, financial condition, precise location, or other sensitive traits. Please do not submit private information you do not have the right to share. Do not submit information about children under 13.
Orders and payments
Order, shipping, and payment information is processed through WooCommerce and the payment services configured by the store. Their applicable privacy terms also apply.
Contact messages
Contact form messages are emailed to the store administrator and archived in private server storage for operational continuity. They are not published.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the contact form and select Privacy. This policy should be reviewed with legal counsel before commercial launch and updated when payment, analytics, advertising, and email providers are selected.
